HBF Run for a Reason post event survey competition
Terms and Conditions
- Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for the competition form part of the conditions of entry. Taking part in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The promoter is HBF Health Limited ABN 11 126 884 786, 570 Wellington St Perth WA 6000, ph. 133 423 (Promoter).
- This promotion commences at 12.01am WST on Friday 29 May 2026 and closes at 11.59pm WST on Friday 12 June 2026 (Promotional Period)
- Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over (during the Promotional Period) who enter the competition per the entry criteria (Eligible Entrants). Directors and employees, including their immediate families, of HBF Health Limited its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter.

To enter Eligible Entrants must:
- Enter 2026 HBF Run for a Reason; and
- Complete the 2026 HBF Run for a Reason post event survey; and
- Provide their first name, surname, valid phone number and email address at the end of the survey.
- There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.

The survey is anonymous, collection of the Eligible Entrant’s first name, surname phone number and email address at the end of the survey is optional but is required for the purposes of entering the competition.
- Surname, email address and phone number will be used solely for the administration of the competition and for contacting the Winners.
- First name, postcode and any open-ended responses submitted (Content) by Eligible Entrants may be used by the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes, as set out in Clause 29. The Promoter may also use or derive broader geographic identifiers from the postcode, including suburb, city, region, Local Government Area (LGA) or state.
- The Winners of the competition will be the first three (3) Eligible Entries drawn (Winners).
- The Winners will be randomly drawn at 12 noon WST on Friday 19 June 2026 at 570 Wellington Street, Perth, WA 6000 by a representative of HBF Health Limited.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and email within three (3) business days of the draw.
- The draw result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If any Prize remains unclaimed after one (1) month of the draw, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw in the same manner and place as the original draw subject to any written direction given under applicable law. If the new Winner/s do not claim the Prize within one (1) month, one further redraw will be conducted on the same basis. If the Prize remains unclaimed after this final redraw, the Prize will be forfeited.
- There will be three (3) prizes awarded consisting of a Prezzee Smart eGift Card each valued at $150.00 (Prize).
- Total prize pool is valued at $450.00 and is accurate at 13/04/2026. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred due to a change in value of total prize pool.
- The Prize will be delivered online only and is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Prize must be activated within three (3) months via Prezzee.com.au, and no alternative physical gift card can be provided to the Winner/s.
- All other costs and expenses associated with the Prize, beyond the specified Prize components, will be the responsibility of the Winner/s.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
- Substitute prizes will not be available, should the Winner/s be unable to use the prize at the allocated time.
- If the Prize (or part thereof) is or becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
- It is a condition of claiming the Prize that the Promoter has the right to publicise the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition, if required, and the Winner acknowledges that the Promoter has the right to do so using any medium (including, without limitation, the Internet), and in any reasonable manner it deems fit. The Winner agrees to make themselves available for publicity purposes without charge.
- All entrants release and indemnify HBF and all of its related companies and personnel from and against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
- Neither HBF nor any of its related companies or personnel will be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any Prize is not provided.
- Neither HBF nor any of its related companies or personnel will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred if, for any reason, the competition is suspended, varied, or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity.
- Neither HBF nor any of its related companies or personnel will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred arising from late, lost, or misdirected entries.
- HBF reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time with written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission after this competition has commenced.
- If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of HBF which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, HBF reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process. HBF assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
- Eligible Entrants are solely liable and responsible for all content, materials, information and comments they submit as part of a survey response (Content).

By entering this competition, each Eligible Entrant
- grants the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, communicate, display and distribute their Content; and
- consents to the Promoter using their first name and postcode, and any broader geographic location derived from the postcode (such as suburb, city, region or state), in connection with that Content,
- Eligible Entrants may withdraw their consent to HBF’s use of their information as described in Clause 29, by contacting HBF via one of the channels at https://www.hbf.com.au/contact-us. HBF will cease such use within a reasonable time of the request, but cannot recall materials already published or distributed prior to the withdrawal.
Privacy notice
HBF is collecting your personal information to enter you into the HBF Run for a Reason Post Event Survey Competition. If you do not wish to provide personal information which is required, HBF may not be able to properly register you for the promotion or contact you in case of changes to the promotion or perform any other functions relating to the promotion or only perform them to a limited extent.
We may use your personal information to publish the results of the promotion in the local newspapers or on the internet. We may also use your first name, general location (such as suburb, city or state, derived from the postcode you provided) and any open-ended responses you submit in the survey for marketing and promotional purposes, as described in the Terms and Conditions above.
We may disclose your personal information to our service providers, who may provide some services in relation to this promotion directly to you on our behalf. Generally, HBF uses systems and customer teams located within Australia. However, HBF may also use service providers who store personal information overseas. This means personal information may be transferred as part of commercial arrangements between HBF and its service providers.
Service providers located overseas may also be able to access your personal information which is stored in Australia. At the time of the publication of this statement, the territories in which HBF either transferred or intends to transfer personal information may include the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
HBF collects, uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available at www.hbf.com.au. Our Privacy Policy contains further information about how HBF handles your personal information. This includes information on how you can access and/or seek the correction of personal information that we hold about you as required by law and make a complaint about the way your personal information is being handled by HBF and how HBF will deal with your complaint.
