2025 HBF Run for a Reason Merchandise Returns Policy

  1. In these Terms and Conditions:
    1. “You” means the person named in the online entry system for the 2025 HBF Run for a Reason Event (Event) as an event participant who has elected to purchase HBF Merchandise;
    2. “HBF” means HBF Health Limited (ACN 126 884 786);
    3. “HBF Merchandise” means HBF branded singlets, socks, MiTIME personalised medal hanger with respect to the Event and any other merchandise available for purchase at the time of registering for the Event, but does not include the complimentary promotional t-shirt;
    4. “MiTIME” means MiTIME Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 72 631 615 846).
  2. By clicking the “On behalf of all registrants, I agree to Terms & Conditions for Participants” tickbox, entering your name, and clicking “Continue”, You warrant and represent to HBF that You have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Except to the extent set out in this Returns Policy or as permitted by law, HBF Merchandise purchases are non-refundable.
  4. HBF Merchandise comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.You are also entitled to have the HBF Merchandise repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quantity and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  5. To make a claim for return, replacement or repair of damaged or faulty HBF Merchandise, please contact enquiry@hbfrun.com.au and provide proof of purchase and details of the damage or fault.
  6. Without limiting paragraph 3, where HBF Merchandise is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, You are not entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.
  7. Without limiting paragraph 3, You are not entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if you have changed your mind or if you have purchased an incorrect size.
  8. You acknowledge that any HBF Merchandise is provided while stocks last and that You will not be entitled to a refund or credit of the Event entry fees if the stock has been exhausted.
  9. If you transfer your registration for Event entry under clause 4 of the HBF Run For A Reason Terms & Conditions for Participants, you acknowledge that:
    1. any order of MiTIME personalised medal hangers placed with respect to the registration for Event entry will transfer along with your registration; and
    2. any order of HBF Merchandise (excluding the MiTIME personalised medal hanger) will not transfer along with your registration.
  10. You acknowledge that MiTIME is a third party provider of the MiTIME personalised medal hanger. Without limiting paragraph 5, customer enquiries with respect to the MiTIME product may be made to MiTIME by emailing support@mitime.co.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
