During the 20-minute consultation, your pharmacist will ask some questions about your lifestyle, including diet and exercise habits, as well as measure your blood pressure, cholesterol*, height, weight and waist circumference. This information will help to assess your risk of developing cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

At the end of the consultation, you'll receive a report of your results along with lifestyle recommendations aimed at reducing your risk for type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and potentially other chronic conditions.

A dose administration aid is a personalised medication pack prepared by your pharmacist to help ensure you don't miss a dose or get your medications mixed up.

Your pharmacist will pack your specific medications in secure blister packs with the dose, day and time clearly printed on the packet. If you haven't opened the blister compartment, you will know you haven't taken the dose.

For eligible HBF health members, this service is fully covered*. For non-members, please check with your nearest Pharmacy 777 store.
