 Health insurance explained

Basic Hospital Accident Only covers hospital treatment mainly for accidents, with most medical services excluded and only restricted benefits for Rehabilitation, Hospital psychiatric services and Palliative care. Basic Hospital Plus includes Accident cover and additional planned treatments such as Dental surgery, Gynaecology, Hernia and appendix procedures, Joint reconstructions, and Tonsils, adenoids and grommets. This makes Basic Hospital Plus more suitable if you want hospital cover beyond accidents alone.
