This Women’s Health Week, we’ve pulled together expert-approved support and created an infographic of advice and wellbeing maintenance – perfect for saving and sharing.

Women’s Health Week is organised by the highly-respected national not-for-profit organisation Jean Hailes.

Celebrating its 10th year, the Women’s Health Week annual campaign is the biggest week in Australia dedicated to good health and wellbeing for women, girls and gender-diverse people. The below infographic touches on the five themes of the week, with science-supported input from our own HBF Health team as well as our amazing network of experts. This year's themes are:
