Am I eligible for a fully-covered health check at Pharmacy 777?

To be eligible to claim benefits for a fully covered health check, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or older; and
• Be covered for Healthy Living Programs on your Extras cover;
• Have served your 2-month waiting period;
• Receive your health check at a participating Pharmacy 777 pharmacy.

In addition to the criteria above, Pharmacy 777 have their own terms and conditions that apply.
