HBF’s Mental Health Hub includes a range of insightful articles and resources to support mental wellbeing. The Australian Department of Health Medicare Mental Health website brings together apps, online therapy programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources.

Mental Health Online provides free online programs with the option of tailored therapist support.   

HBF offers a range of extras products that include cover for psychology services. Visit HBF extras insurance or call 133 423 to discuss a level of cover that meets your needs.
