When you first set up 2-step verification, we’ll ask you to choose whether to use 2-step verification every time you log in, or only when doing sensitive things like updating your payment details. If you use biometrics to access the HBF App, you’ll only need to use a one-time passcode once when 2-step verification is first enabled.
