When will I receive my physical HBF member card?

When you sign up for HBF, every adult on your policy will be sent a member card via mail within seven business days.

If you need to order an HBF member card for your dependant/s, you can do this by:

  • Opening the HBF App: navigating to 'Profile', selecting your dependant from the drop-down list at the top of the screen and then tapping 'Order member card', or
  • Logging into myHBF: navigating to 'My Details' and clicking 'Order a member card'.

HBF provides health insurance products in Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and Northern Territory.
