Who is eligible to receive the free gift card offer?

The offer is available to new members (and dependants coming off a family policy) who join between 8 October (12.01am AWST) and 17 December (11.59pm AWST), paying their premium on a fortnightly or monthly basis via direct debit. A 4% discount for direct debit payments will be applied.

You must hold your eligible hospital and extras cover until the offer is fulfilled.

A new member (or policy holder) is a person who has not held HBF hospital, extras, overseas visitor, or urgent ambulance cover within the previous 12 months.
