Power up your day with a quick, delicious smoothie from sports dietitian Julie Meek.

A smoothie can be a great choice for an easy breakfast or a nourishing snack, especially when you’re low on time.

Blueberries are a source of vitamin C, fibre and other healthy nutrients.1 Blend them up with your choice of milk and a dollop of yoghurt, and you’ve got a smooth and creamy drink that goes down a treat.

You can use whatever fruit you like – Meek recommends sticking to around one whole piece of fruit (like a banana) or half a cup of frozen fruit.
