Access your HBF Tax Statement

We send your HBF tax statement information direct to the ATO. Follow these steps to access a copy of your HBF tax statement through the HBF App or myHBF.

Open and log in to the HBF App

Then select 'My documents' and 'Get a document'.

Then choose the financial year you’re after.

Your HBF tax statement will open as a PDF. A copy will be saved automatically to your ‘My documents’, so you can come back to it later.

Visit hbf.com.au and select the ‘Log in’ button from the top right-hand side. Enter your member number and myHBF password to log in.

From the dashboard, go to the ‘My Cover’ drop-down menu and then the ‘Request a document’ link.

To generate your document, select ‘Tax statement’ as your document type and the financial year for your request. Choose the ‘Create tax statement’ to confirm your request.

Your tax statement will be downloaded through your browser. Alternatively, you can select the ‘Documents’ page in myHBF to access your recent downloads or health insurance documents.
