Don’t need another card in your wallet? Download the digital member card and use your phone to tap and claim for your covered extras services.
Alternatively, follow these simple steps to request a new or replacement member card.
How to order a member card on the HBF App
1. Open the HBF App
Log in using your member number and password you created for your myHBF account. Alternatively, use your 4-digit PIN or fingerprint ID.
2. Tap Profile
Tap on ‘Profile’ at the bottom of the dashboard and select ‘HBF Card’ button
3. Request a new plastic card
Tap on ‘Order a plastic card’ and check we’ve got the right details. If required, you can change your address in the ‘Profile’ section.
Select ‘Order your member card’ to confirm your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
How to order a member card on myHBF
1. Log in to myHBF
Visit hbf.com.au and select the ‘Log in’ button from the top right-hand side. Enter your member number and myHBF password to log in.
2. Select the order a card link
From the dashboard, go to the ‘My Profile’ drop-down menu and then the ‘Order a card’ link.
3. Request a new card
Select who the new HBF member card is for and check your postal address. If needed, you can update your address here.
Select the ‘Order a plastic card’ ’ button to confirm your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
