HBF to re-open regional WA branches as pre-lockdown conditions return

HBF’s regional branches in Western Australia will re-open on Monday 8 February as the WA Government eases restrictions under its COVID-19 response plan.

These include:

  • Albany
  • Bunbury
  • Busselton
  • Geraldton
  • Kalgoorlie

With the post-lockdown transitional restrictions in the Perth and Peel regions set to end on Sunday 14 February, HBF intends to re-open its remaining WA branches and head office in Wellington Street, Perth, on Monday 15 February.

In the meantime, other communications channels available to members include the Member Contact Centre (133 423) from 5.00 am to 7.00 pm (WST) on weekdays and from 6.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday, online chat at www.hbf.com.au, and the HBF mobile app.

HBF’s Melbourne branches continue to operate in line with Victorian Government measures.
