Can I get a check-up and clean treatment at HBF Dental with no gap?

Yes, eligible HBF members can now receive one no gap check-up and clean^* at HBF Dental annually, which includes a general check-up, scale and clean, up to two X-rays and fluoride treatment with no out-of-pocket cost.  This is a dedicated HBF Dental offer, allowing members with products covering 60%, 75% or 85% back on preventative dental to have one no gap check-up and clean service.

Exclusions apply to Members with 100% back on preventative dental.
