It’s easy to keep on track. Follow our simple steps to see what you’re covered for, check your annual limits, and view your remaining benefits for the calendar year.
How to view your limits and usage on myHBF
1. Log in to myHBF
Visit hbf.com.au and select the ‘Log in’ button from the top right-hand side. Enter your member number and myHBF password to log in.
2. Select your extras usage
Select the ‘Check my extras usage’ button on the home page.
3. View your limits and usage
Select any member on your policy and an extras service to find out how much of your benefits you’ve used this calendar year and what benefits are available to use.
How to view your limits and usage on the HBF App
1. Open the HBF App
Log in using your member number and password you created for your myHBF account. Alternatively, use your 4-digit PIN or fingerprint ID.
2. Tap Limits and usage
Navigate to the ‘Limits & Usage’ button on the dashboard.
3. View your limits and usage
Choose any member on your policy and an extras service to find out how much of your benefits you’ve used this calendar year and what benefits are available to use.
