This Women’s Health Week, we’ve pulled together expert-approved support and created an infographic of advice and wellbeing maintenance – perfect for saving and sharing.

Women’s Health Week is organised by the highly-respected national not-for-profit organisation Jean Hailes.

Celebrating its 10th year, the Women’s Health Week annual campaign is the biggest week in Australia dedicated to good health and wellbeing for women, girls and gender-diverse people. The below infographic touches on the five themes of the week, with science-supported input from our own HBF Health team as well as our amazing network of experts. This year's themes are:

  1. Check me out - health checks at every age
  2. Menopause matters - menopause and perimenopause
  3. Pelvic power - pelvic floor health and pelvic pain
  4. Mind health - mental wellbeing and brain health
  5. Move and improve - physical activity and your health

Expert-approved tips, resources, and exercises

This week is the perfect week to set aside time to check in on your health and empower others to do the same.
