Health Support Programs

After enrolling in the program with a participating provider, you will have a one-on-one assessment with your physiotherapist or accredited exercise physiologist. Over the next 6 weeks you will attend 12 exercise sessions (two per week), plus two education sessions. And you will finish with another one-on-one assessment with your physio to measure your progress.
